Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job DescriptionThe Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for a continuum of quality patient care, and rehabilitation to their patients. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary, which is dependent upon experience. The successful Nurse Practitioner will have experience working with geriatric populations and some experience in Skilled Nursing Homes.
