We Are Proud to Offer: 5x 8-hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) with rotating weekends and holidays Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, and a defined pension plan Education reimbursement of $5,250 annually Competitive salary range of $94,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year Our Physical Therapists:  Review patient charts and medical history Develop personalized treatment plans Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches Use hands-on therapy to promote healing Maintain patient records and adapt treatment plans accordingly Work closely with a supportive patient care team Provide patient and family education for health promotion Provide care to the utmost standard Qualifications: New York State PT license Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Basic Life Support Certification Salary Range USD $94,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
