In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for field supervision, team coordination, project execution, and ensuring compliance with all electrical and safety codes. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct teams of 10-15 journeymen and apprentices Manage field-level execution of large single-site projects or multiple small jobs Interpret and enforce the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards Lead all aspects of rough-in and finish electrical work across commercial, retail, and/or industrial projects Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and other trades to maintain timelines and project scopes Provide technical guidance and mentorship to journeymen and apprentices Conduct jobsite meetings, delegate tasks, and enforce productivity standards Oversee site safety practices and ensure compliance with company protocols Read and interpret blueprints and manage material orders, change orders, and field documentation Set the tone and lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and positivity QualificationsValid MI Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required) 5+ years of electrical field experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Demonstrated ability to lead teams on commercial, retail, or industrial jobsites Deep knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety requirements Skilled in managing project schedules, material flow, and jobsite logistics Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication - able to interact with clients, GCs, and inspectors High school diploma or GED required Must have reliable transportation BenefitsWeekly Pay Cycle Performance Bonuses Company Truck (provided for Foreman role) Medical & Dental Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Options Retirement Savings Program Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) Mobile Device Allowance Safety Equipment & Workwear Provided Educational Reimbursement & Mentorship Opportunities Company Events and Team Outings ScheduleMonday-Friday Full-Time, On-Site Overtime based on project needs Work LocationOn-site at commercial and industrial projects across Michigan Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
