Accounting Clerk - Contract to Hire City of Industry, CA | $22-$27/hour DOE | Fully Onsite We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting both AP and general accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation Assist with invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate accounting records Support account reconciliations and assist with discrepancy resolution Review supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with internal procedures Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify billing or purchasing issues Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting files Assist accounting team with month-end preparation tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of accounting or accounting support experience Experience with invoice processing and purchase order matching Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working in accounting systems Ability to work fully onsite in City of Industry Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
