You will support the design and implementation of projects, delivering integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Your work will enhance key products such as Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Configure Price & Quote (CPQ), Accounts Receivables, and Global Order Promising, addressing complex customer needs. Your creativity and independent judgment will be crucial as you deliver functional and technical expertise across various business and technology solutions. Collaborate with talented consulting teams on important projects and solve critical customer issues while guiding process direction through configuration support across diverse industries for end-to-end enterprise solutions. Your understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM functionality will be vital in assisting teams in designing applications, performing quarterly update testing, and evaluating new features. Responsibilities Independently manage and execute complex tasks across engagements with sound judgment and technical expertise. Design, develop, and lead the implementation of integrated Oracle solutions that meet client needs while adhering to established methodologies and best practices. Serve as a functional and technical expert on moderately complex projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant solution delivery. Provide leadership during the project solution design and execution phases, coaching team members and offering constructive feedback for their growth. Effectively collaborate with client management and stakeholders to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions. Contribute to business development by identifying client needs and proposing value-driven Oracle solutions. Develop detailed solution architectures and ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 10+ years of consulting experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications including Oracle Order Management, Pricing, CPQ, Accounts Receivables, and Global Order Promising (this includes gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing demos, UAT, SIT, and system configuration). Outstanding communication skills Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 60-70% of the time. This role is not eligible for visa/work permit sponsorship. Salary and Benefits: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $95,000 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
