Job Details Location: Scarborough, ME 04074 (Scarborough, Maine) - Maine nursing jobs / travel RN Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing Home Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), rotating weekends - Night shift RN Hours: 36 hours per week Assignment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks (March 2, 2026 - June 1, 2026) Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,450 - $1,520 per week Job Requirements Active RN license (Maine license or multistate compact RN as applicable) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (LTC experience preferred) - Long Term Care RN experience a plus Ability to work overnight shifts and rotating weekends (night shift nursing) Strong communication, clinical assessment, and teamwork skills Current BLS certification (AHA preferred) Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long term care environment Monitor and assess residents' health status; recognize and respond to clinical changes promptly Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy (medication administration) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Document assessments, interventions, and resident progress accurately and in a timely manner Support residents and families with empathy, professionalism, and resident-centered care Why Join This Travel Nursing Opportunity Advance your RN career with a meaningful Long Term Care assignment in Scarborough, Maine.
