Education Needed Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is a must; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous. Completion of an accredited radiology program is required. Certifications You'll Need ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is essential. BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Essential Skills Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations. Superior communication skills with both patients and multidisciplinary teams.
