A premier 400+ bed Phoenix medical center is seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon for a spine-focused role within a respected, well-supported team. This opportunity offers a predictable schedule, strong referral base, and proven 75th percentile income potential, all in a collaborative environment built for long-term success. Opportunity Highlights: • Join 8 Neurosurgeons, 7 Neurologists, and experienced APPs. • $1.1M base salary with additional trauma call pay (total potential up to $1.3M). • 2-3 OR days and 1-2 clinic days weekly. • Trauma call 4-7 days per month. • Clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day. • Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, CME, and malpractice.
