Roadway Design Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Roadway Design Project Manager who wants their work to shape how communities move, grow, and connect. You'll guide teams, partner with public agencies, and help deliver projects that communities rely on every day. Benefits & Extras Community-focused projects with visible public impact Collaborative, people-first engineering culture Opportunity to mentor and develop future engineers Flexible work environment with limited remote option Annual bonus tied to office performance Compensation $120k-150k/yr depending on experience What You'll Be Doing Manage roadway design projects from concept through construction Lead client relationships and coordinate with public agencies Apply GDOT standards and federal roadway design guidelines Oversee schedules, budgets, and technical quality Perform design reviews and QA/QC oversight Mentor engineers, technicians, and interns Support project development, proposals, and scope definition What You'll Need to be Considered Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia Deep knowledge of GDOT standards and processes Expertise with roadway design guidelines (Green Book, MUTCD, FHWA) Hands-on experience with MicroStation OpenRoads Ability to lead teams while remaining collaborative and approachable Comfort representing projects publicly and with regulatory agencies INDENG ITAC Solutions
