THERAPITAS, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic PT to join our multidisciplinary team in a supervisory role. What You'll Do: • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. • Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. • Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students. What We're Looking For: • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation). • Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). • Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs. • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED - We provide interpreter support!
