We help companies optimize their HR functions, improve employee performance, and align HR strategies with overall business goals. Services range from generalist support to specialized areas like talent management, compensation, and benefits. Job Summary: An unpaid Web Development Director Intern helps lead projects, focusing on hands-on development, strategy, and team collaboration, by building features, fixing bugs, managing content, implementing designs (HTML/CSS/JS), using CMS/frameworks (React/WordPress), and supporting senior staff to deliver digital experiences, gaining real-world skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and features. Focus on Back-End work mostly but also oversee the work of the Front-End. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Collaborate on implementing new features, user interfaces, and landing pages. Manage and update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress). Write clean, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and potentially frameworks like React/Angular. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on architecture and best practices. Translate non-technical requirements into functional web solutions. Support the strategic direction of web projects and digital initiatives. Know the Network Solution platform, and Github. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
