Job Title: Cisco Security Tool Support Engineer Job Location: Remote Job Duration: 3 Months, Contract to HireJob Summary: We're looking for a passionate and technically skilled Test Tool Support Engineer to join our team dedicated to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our product development lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the tools that empower our testing and development teams, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products. Job Responsibilites:Tool Management & Support: Provide technical support and guidance to testers and developers on tool usage, best practices, and issue resolution. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our test tools and processes. Develop and deliver training sessions to onboard new users and enhance existing team members' proficiency with test tools. Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to understand their needs and provide appropriate tool support. Problem Solving & Improvement: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to test tools and their integration with other systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our overall quality assurance practices. Required skills:Technical Skills: Strong Tool Support Background Basic scripting knowledge in Python - Desirable Understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries. Working on Linux Platform - Configuration and installation of Linux Packages and Tools Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and best practices. Experience and qualifications: Experience with a variety of testing tools and platforms. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
