Department Overview: The Global Education team at Motorola Solutions focuses on crafting innovative training strategies and developing comprehensive training content. Position Overview We are looking for a passionate individual who understands how people learn. As a Summer Intern under the Global Education Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of employee development in the realm of AI. This internship emphasizes training and education while incorporating advanced technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Instructional Design: Collaborate with the Employee & Partner Training teams to develop a comprehensive training strategy focused on implementing AI for a corporate audience. AI Integration: Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) to enhance content creation and innovate educational delivery. Content Development: Craft engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and workshop guides that simplify complex AI concepts. Engagement & Adoption: Generate creative ideas to foster a culture of continuous learning and facilitate the internal adoption of new digital tools. Data & Analytics: Gather and organize learner data to analyze program effectiveness and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Team Support: Offer general administrative and creative support to the Global Education team as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field (must graduate December 2026 or later). Strong understanding of adult learning theories and the ability to structure information for varied learner profiles. Comfortable using AI tools for research or workflows, with a keen interest in their impact on human performance. Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics. Familiarity with content development software such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, or similar platforms. A self-motivated communicator with strong organizational skills and a people-first mindset. Basic Requirements High School Diploma is required. Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required (employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position).
