Car Wash Attendant Job DescriptionDeliver above and beyond customer service.Present and explain each of the membership packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.Safely guide guests through the wash tunnel.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Service:Providing quality customer service to every customer.Greeting customers with a positive attitude and treating them with respect.Addressing any customer concerns promptly with the assistance of the Manager or Assistant Manager.Knowledge of all services, promotions, memberships, and packages offeredHandling customer paymentsSales:Upselling additional servicesInforming and encouraging customers to participate in promotions, car wash packages and membershipsSigning customers up for emailsWashing Vehicles:Carry out visual inspections of the vehicle to confirm their conduction before proceeding with the wash.Apply various Pre- or Post treatments as neededMaintain consistent wash speed to avoid service delays.Use proper techniques throughout the wash and dry process.Direct customers through each step of the processMaintaining Car Wash FacilityKeep all working areas clean and organizedReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazardsRestock cleaning supplies and inform management when more supplies need to be ordered.Check and maintain vacuums and trash cansQualifications:Excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailSales experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, however not requiredCompensation:Total Compensation range for this position is 15/hr + commission, based on experience.AquaShine Express Car Wash is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
