Auction Operations Assistant ( 5:30 pm to 11pm)

The Auction Operations Assistant supports the live presenter by preparing and delivering products for auction, organizing sold items, and ensuring all orders are accurately labeled and ready for next-day shipping. Key Responsibilities: Assist the presenter by selecting and delivering products for live auctions in a timely manner Prepare, stage, and organize inventory before and during auctions Place sold items into designated bins immediately after purchase Label all sold items accurately with customer and order information Verify items for accuracy and condition before shipment Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to meet next-day shipping deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Track inventory movement during live sales events Follow company procedures for packing and order handling Requirements Qualifications: High attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, live-sales environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer or scanning system experience preferred Ability to lift and move packages (as required) Dependable and punctual Work Environment: Live auction studio and warehouse setting Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts Fast-paced and time-sensitive workflow
