This pivotal role involves driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service within our nationwide network of properties. As a leader, you will define and execute the long-term vision for our hospitality division, focusing on integrating emerging technologies and fostering a guest-first culture. Key responsibilities include: Providing executive oversight of regional operations. Establishing best-in-class management practices across multiple units. Championing sustainable practices and leading digital transformation efforts. Developing talent and mentoring future leaders in the organization. We require candidates with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, convention centers, or large-scale sports and entertainment venues. A strong track record in strategic leadership, service innovation, and business development is essential, along with expertise in financial management, including labor optimization, COGS management, and P&L accountability. This role demands a dynamic leader with exceptional executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at the highest levels. A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to those holding an MBA or advanced degree. You should be a passionate innovator, adept at anticipating industry trends and leading our company to be a pioneer in the hospitality space.
