This pivotal role involves driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service within our nationwide network of properties. As a leader, you will define and execute the long-term vision for our hospitality division, focusing on integrating emerging technologies and fostering a guest-first culture. Key responsibilities include: Providing executive oversight of regional operations. Establishing best-in-class management practices across multiple units. This role demands a dynamic leader with exceptional executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at the highest levels. A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to those holding an MBA or advanced degree.
