Purpose Statement: This role supports and coordinates data systems across the organization to ensure clarity, structure, and sustainable growth. The primary focus is helping teams collect, organize, and maintain accurate data that strengthens decision-making, improves guest retention, and optimizes the overall guest journey. They works alongside key departments to ensure reporting, dashboards, and data processes are aligned, consistent, and reliable. Helps to maintain data accuracy, streamline systems, and ensure information flows efficiently between teams. This role also helps monitor and update website and app data to ensure information is current, accurate, and aligned with organizational needs. Reports To: Executive Pastor of Servant Leader Culture Responsibilities: Database & Systems Support Manage and maintain core data systems (Pushpay, Power by Text, Touch Point, etc.) Prepare and oversee reports, dashboards, and key metrics tracking Create and manage user profiles, forms, automations, and process workflows Maintain weekly attendance records and oversee background check processing Submit and monitor system support tickets to ensure issues are resolved efficiently Data Integrity & Systems Management Ensure accurate collection, organization, and storage of organizational data Maintain and monitor data integrity and consistency across all platforms Oversee alignment between internal systems to ensure information flows accurately Maintain structured documentation of data processes and workflows Identify inefficiencies in current systems and recommend improvements Reporting & Dashboards Build, maintain, and update reporting tools and dashboards Provide consistent, reliable data reports to leadership and department leads Ensure reporting systems are accurate and easy for teams to understand Support teams in tracking key metrics related to growth and engagement Guest Journey & Retention Optimization Help measure and evaluate the full guest journey from first interaction through ongoing engagement Track retention, assimilation, and engagement data across ministries or departments Identify trends or gaps that impact guest follow-up and long-term connection Support teams in using data to strengthen guest experience and retention strategies Website & App Data Oversight Ensure website and app information is accurate and up to date Coordinate updates to digital platforms to reflect current data and organizational needs Monitor alignment between digital platforms and internal systems Cross-Department Coordination Partner with key stakeholders to support consistent data practices across the organization Provide guidance and support to teams using data systems Ensure systems and reporting structures support sustainable growth KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and heart of a servant leader. Strong attention to detail. Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. Excellent relational, communication and organizational skills and maintains a positive, can-do attitude; values personal growth and development; and demonstrates passion for positive change/willingness to grow and change with ELC. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats and build and maintain strong relationships. Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary Strong project management or organizational skills. Proficient in MSOffice Office Suite including Excel, pivot tables, and v-lookups. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Possesses visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. Able to view a computer screen and various types of type for long periods of time.
