Senior Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Warehouse Fulfillment Associate! We are searching for passionate individuals ready to excel in our fulfillment operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least two years of relevant experience. Experience operating forklifts is highly advantageous. Proficiency in PC-based software, data entry, and ORACLE is a plus. Familiarity with RF barcode scanning is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success. You will carry out tasks related to the preparation, receipt, inspection, storage, shipment, and movement of materials while maintaining high accuracy. After completing OSHA/Pearson training, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Plan and execute activities efficiently to meet established schedules in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of shipments. Your safety is our top priority; you will perform all duties safely and effectively. Follow established inventory control policies and maintain precise inventory records. This role provides the opportunity to assist in training new and seasonal employees. You must have the ability to lift up to 65 pounds, push carts weighing up to 600 pounds, and move pallets weighing up to 2,000 pounds using a pallet jack. Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and walking while carrying loads will be required. Compensation: The pay rate for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.
