Job Description Join Our Team as an RN - Critical Care Nights and Make a Difference in Patient Lives Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking an engaging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced critical care environment? We are looking for skilled RN- Critical Care Night Shift professionals to provide exceptional care in our Adult ICU units. This role is essential in delivering lifesaving interventions and compassionate patient support during overnight hours, offering a unique chance to advance your expertise while enjoying a balanced work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care in adult ICU settings, utilizing your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and execute complex interventions with minimal supervision. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety. Use EPIC electronic medical records to document and manage patient information accurately. Be available to work every other weekend and some holidays, adhering to set schedules. Required Skills & Qualifications: Current New York State Registered Nurse license. BLS certification (able to be recertified). Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 2 years. Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers preferred. Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and responsibly. No history of license suspension, investigation, or professional liability claims. Legal right to work in the U.S. Successful passing of health screenings, drug testing, and criminal background checks. Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience working in adult ICU trauma or high-acuity units. Advanced certifications such as CCRN or ACLS. Experience working in large hospital or trauma center environments. Preferred Education & Experience: RN licensure in New York State. 1.5+ years of recent critical care experience in a comparable healthcare setting. Additional Requirements: Experience with or willingness to learn EPIC EMR. Availability for 12-hour overnight shifts. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in urgent settings. Must be capable of performing majority of patient care skills independently with minimal orientation. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $69.02 per hour, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick time, referral bonuses, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses.
