As a Fullstack Engineer Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of product leaders and engineers, addressing complex challenges and positively impacting the world. In this role, your focus will be on identifying user requirements and developing user interfaces across various platforms, including mobile and web. Your expertise in coding and programming will ensure that we deliver high-quality development services aligned with our clients’ needs. Your key responsibilities Lead the management and delivery of application design and development processes, ensuring quality and risk management. Collaborate with external clients during working sessions, leading projects from planning through to execution. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems while providing guidance to team members. Skills and attributes for success Transform business requirements into technical designs and architecture. Rapidly develop prototypes and demonstrations. Work effectively within an agile delivery process. Address complex distributed systems challenges related to scheduling, resource management, and infrastructure automation. Leverage machine learning and AI to solve real-world business problems. Design world-class user experiences across various interfaces. Create automation systems for testing and continuous integration. Design robust APIs and extensibility models for future platform use cases. Teach clients how to deliver scalable software and services. To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor's degree. 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frameworks. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular. Experience with PostgreSQL and Temporal technologies. Familiarity with Generative AI and implementations. Capability to design APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI, and OpenAPI. Experience integrating authentication mechanisms using platforms like Keycloak and Azure AD. Skills in data visualization tools and commercial dashboards. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing. Ideally, you'll also have A passion for delivering commercial software. A continuous learning mindset in technical areas. The ability to communicate effectively with various audiences. A hands-on approach to technology execution. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing change.
