Your Role The Senior Vice President of Field Operations will take ownership of all Field Operations within Global Commercial Operations, with comprehensive strategic, operational, and financial accountability for both customer-facing and business operations. This leader will oversee an integrated operating model for enterprise and consumer field operations, managing centralized workflows, technician support systems, maintenance programs, and standardizing processes across the organization. As SVP, you will build an advanced, simplified, and automated Field Operations ecosystem to improve employee experience, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction. You will spearhead transformation initiatives, ensuring robust operational execution and establishing governance models that scale effectively throughout the enterprise. Main Responsibilities Leadership of Enterprise Field Operations Guide all field execution including installation, repair, maintenance, infrastructure support, power restoration, and decommissioning. Manage two VP Field Operations teams, ensuring safety, quality, and consistent performance standards. Promote unified performance expectations with support from analytics, insights, and productivity tools. Centralized Business Operations Oversight Provide strategic oversight of Centralized Business Operations, enhancing effectiveness and automating previously fragmented processes. Lead enterprise program management and ensure visibility of performance and assets. Head a Center of Excellence focusing on scalable design, continuous improvement, and AI integration. Champion technician and employee experiences, ensuring feedback informs product development. Manage centralized maintenance and technician support programs. Oversee budget management for centralized functions with a focus on financial discipline. Strategic Transformation & Modernization Direct transformational initiatives to modernize workflows and operating models across Field Ops and centralized functions. Facilitate the deployment of AI tools and automated systems. Advocate for simplification and redesign of processes. Operational Integration & Standardization Streamline integration of processes and performance metrics across field operations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Engineering, and other teams to unify operations into a single framework. Ensure compliance and standardized practices for budgeting. People Leadership & Organizational Development Lead a diverse organization, emphasizing clarity and high performance. Establish a culture based on accountability, safety, and customer focus. Advance leadership development and succession planning. Customer Experience & Operational Performance Guarantee high-quality execution in installation and repair services. Manage dashboards for operational transparency and data-driven decision-making. Enhance customer satisfaction through reliable service and operational excellence. Qualifications We're looking for a strategic leader capable of unifying complex field operations. This transformation-focused executive should have a proven record in modernization and automation in large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision-maker with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Required Experience 15+ years in operational leadership, including executive experience. Success in delivering transformative initiatives and modernization across complex operations. Strong financial management expertise. Ability to navigate matrix environments and influence enterprise objectives. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. Preferred Experience Expertise in centralized operations and technician support. Understanding of organizational design and enterprise transformation. Knowledge of field productivity practices. #RCO Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position based on national data is $273,787 - $365,050.
