This is a dynamic, fast-paced role split between our Scotts Valley kitchen and our downtown corporate client site. Your day will be structured around two main service runs, with kitchen support in between:7:00 AM: Arrive at the kitchen to help pack and load the van for the breakfast service.Morning Run: Drive downtown to unload and set up a professional hot buffet line for our corporate clients.8:30 AM: Return to the Scotts Valley kitchen to assist the culinary team with food prep and dishwashing.10:30 AM: Help load out the van and drive back downtown for the lunch delivery and hot line setup.12:00 PM (Noon) – 3:00 PM: Return to the kitchen to finish out your shift with afternoon food prep, dishwashing, and general kitchen clean-up.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Client ServiceSafely drive the company van to transport breakfast and lunch meals downtown.Unload, set up, and present an attractive and organized hot buffet line.Ensure timely, efficient deliveries while strictly adhering to the daily schedule.Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.Kitchen Prep & DishwashingClean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.Assist the culinary team with daily food prep.Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing, kitchen, and storage areas.QualificationsDriver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Reliable & Punctual: You show up on time and have a strong, dependable work ethic.Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are willing to jump in wherever help is needed.Detail-Oriented: You take pride in a clean workspace and a well-presented buffet line.Documentation: Must be able to provide valid right-to-work documentation (e.g., Social Security card).Compensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $20.00 / hourPerformance Review: 90-day performance and wage review.Benefits: Healthcare, PTO plan, and 401k available after the 90-day probationary period.Perks: Gain valuable hands-on experience working in a dynamic, high-quality professional kitchen.To Apply: Interested candidates, please submit your resume to set up an interview.
