Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle and non-SQL databases strongly preferred Data-driven and can measure, collect, and use data to make decisions - we understand the value of intuition and the need to balance decisions accordingly Highly analytical and can assess magnitude and impact of the work, down to the story level Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations Knowledge of basic Java within the development ecosystem or similar technologies is a plus Strong written and verbal and communication skills with technical expertise to drive outcomes and impactfully influence others Expertise in defining test cases at the right level of detail and define test cases and ensure acceptance criteria matches real business value - i.e., ensure we are testing the right things Passion to provide guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to the other Systems Analysts as our team grows Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, with a focus on AWS, including familiarity with cloud migration strategies and tools
