Employer: Amazon Data Services, Inc. Position: HW Commodity Specialist II (multiple positions available) Location: Seattle, WA Multiple Positions Available: 1./tServe as a key member of the Supply Chain Operational Excellence (POET) team in helping to manage and deliver Infrastructure capacity to select regions around the world. 2./tDevelop new analytical models for supply chain solutions. 3./tExecute strategic business objectives while working with key internal stakeholders to improve the supply chain with the latest internal and external information. 4./tPrepare and give detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on improving forecasting accuracy and associated impacts. 5./tWork closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of supply chain activities. 6./tInfluence across diverse teams and rally support for team initiatives. 7./tHelp deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet program goals. 8./tSetup operations and work with multiple Infrastructure teams to start scaling around the world. 9./tUnderstand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of supply chain activities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or other related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered, supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, finance or related field. Experience must include two years of experience in: • /tProgram management, process improvement, implementation, risk identification and mitigation, and project execution. • /tSupply chain modeling and statistical analysis tools. • /tData center products and their global supply chains. • /tCreating, iterating, and improving end-to-end global supply chains. The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $81,432 - 139,100 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
