Production Superintendent - Second Shift Location: Cudahy, WI (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base + 10% shift premium Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Education Assistance Relocation Support AvailableThe Opportunity We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee second-shift manufacturing operations at our Cudahy facility. This role is responsible for driving shift performance, developing frontline leadership, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient production execution. You will serve as the operational leader for the shift - partnering with supervisors, aligning teams to business priorities, and creating a culture centered on accountability, safety, and results. What You'll Own Shift Performance & Execution Direct second-shift manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, and output goals Optimize labor utilization and staffing plans to meet production demands Monitor KPIs including yield, throughput, and efficiency Contribute to capacity planning and operational scalability initiatives People Leadership & Engagement Lead and develop Production Supervisors and frontline teams Establish clear expectations around performance and accountability Drive strong communication across departments and shifts Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and results-focused work environment Safety, Quality & Compliance Promote a proactive safety culture with a focus on zero injuries Reinforce safe work practices and address risks in real time Ensure adherence to sanitation, quality, and regulatory requirements Maintain visible leadership presence on the production floor Continuous Improvement & Training Support leadership development and skills training initiatives Lead efforts to improve consistency, efficiency, and operational discipline Encourage structured problem-solving and process ownership What You Bring Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience leading teams in a production environment Working knowledge of manufacturing metrics and workflow processes Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), timekeeping platforms, and MS Office Ability to work second shift and provide additional support as business needs require Preferred: Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing Experience in multi-shift operations Bilingual skills Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities Why This Role?
