In this pivotal role, you will oversee all profit and loss activities, while also developing and managing yearly budgets to meet key performance indicators. You will lead a dedicated team, focusing on hiring, managing, and nurturing talent while collaborating closely with the Board to align our activities with the organization's long-term vision. As CEO, your strategic insight will be crucial as you create and implement a growth plan aimed at acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and forming partnerships with other environmentally conscious organizations. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in fostering the growth of small organizations, coupled with a deep understanding of sustainability challenges within the electronics sector. A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is essential, including a strong grasp of messaging strategies, target market identification, and value proposition development. The ideal candidate will exhibit proven competencies in management and strategic planning, with the agility to oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities, a client-oriented mindset, and the adaptability to engage with global stakeholders are essential attributes.
