Your Responsibilities Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive customer information Resolve issues proactively during the first interaction Communicate effectively with customers Qualifications We’re looking for fearless individuals - those motivated to achieve excellence in all we do. High School Diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years or older Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more Familiarity with desktop computer systems and general Windows knowledge Customer service and/or sales experience preferred College degree preferred, but not required Key Competencies: Process Excellence: Commitment to established procedures and a customer service focus.
