Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners Qualifications: Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number) High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols Benefits: Competitive pay Employer-sponsored Health, dental, and vision insurance ( full time) Paid time off and holidays ( full time) CEU Reimbursement Professional Development: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Access to workshops and seminars Mentorship from experienced BCBAs Opportunities for career advancement within the organization
