Collaborating closely with project managers and contractors to ensure accuracy in all estimates. Analyzing project specifications and blueprints to produce detailed and comprehensive estimates. Evaluating subcontractor bids and providing insightful recommendations for project bids. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and vendors, enhancing collaboration and project success. Essential Skills for Success: In-depth knowledge of commercial drywall construction practices and materials. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, essential for delivering precise estimates. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and detailed project specifications. Adept at thriving in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills that foster effective collaborations. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in estimating commercial drywall projects is required.
