Summer 2026 Operations Internship

This dynamic opportunity allows you to work closely with our Supply Chain department, assisting in transportation and logistics services. You'll gain invaluable experience and exposure to the inner workings of the industry. Key Responsibilities: Understand and apply basic transportation management principles. Participate in daily operational tasks, including freight planning, asset utilization, safety management, DOT compliance, and more. Assist in driver payroll management, customer value delivery, and logistics analysis. Help with driver supervision and gain insights into profit and loss management. Collaborate on maintenance coordination and other account-specific duties as required. Stay informed about industry trends and company initiatives focused on driver retention. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program in business or a related field at an accredited college or university. Good academic standing. Ability to work 20-25 hours a week and commit to a 12-week internship program. Preferably a Junior or Senior level student. Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Willingness to work flexible hours. This position does not offer employment-based sponsorship. Compensation: Your starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, and location. This position may also qualify for an annual bonus based on profitability or volumes, subject to the company's incentive plans.
