The Role The Senior Vice President of Field Operations is a crucial leader overseeing all aspects of Field Operations within Global Commercial Operations. This position comes with significant strategic, operational, and financial responsibilities, ensuring excellence in customer-facing field execution and business operations. This role leads the integration of enterprise and consumer field operations, focusing on centralized workflows, dispatch systems, technician support, maintenance programs, and consistent enterprise-wide process standardization. The SVP is tasked with constructing a modern, streamlined, and automated Field Operations ecosystem that improves both technician and employee experiences while enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction. You will spearhead transformation initiatives across different regions, assuring exceptional operational execution, modernization through unified platforms and AI-enabled tools, and consistent governance models across the company. Main Responsibilities Leadership in Enterprise Field Operations: Direct all field operations functions, including installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, infrastructure support, and more, while ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards. Oversight of Centralized Business Operations: Provide strategic guidance on workflow centralization, operational effectiveness, and process automation, championing continuous improvement and AI adoption. Drive Strategic Transformation: Lead efforts to modernize systems and workflows, deploy AI-enabled tools, and streamline operating models across all functions. Ensure Integration and Standardization: Align processes and technology across enterprise and consumer fields, promoting compliance and consistent operational practices. People Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing organization focused on accountability, safety, and customer-centricity while developing future leaders. Enhance Customer Experience: Guarantee high-quality field execution that meets or exceeds operational targets and drives customer satisfaction through dependable service delivery. Candidate Profile We seek a strategic executive who can unify complex operations under one cohesive model and effectively lead large-scale transformations and modernizations. 15+ years of operational leadership with demonstrated success in large field and centralized operations. Strong background in transformation, operational modernization, and process redesign. Expertise in financial management and resource optimization. Ability to lead in matrixed environments and influence enterprise-level decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this role is between $273,787 - $365,050, varying by location and individual experience.
