Starting from our roots in Florida, we now operate over 660 properties across 30 states, all aimed at providing affordable, clean, and secure self-storage. Customer Service: Answer inquiries, address complaints, assist tenants with past due accounts, and maintain clear communication with other departments. Property Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean storage units, maintain the property, and conduct daily inspections to ensure the facility's functionality. Other Responsibilities: Regularly deposit cash payments at the bank and complete necessary paperwork. What We Need From You: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential. A year of experience in the Storage Rental Industry is preferred, but strong customer service experience is also welcome. Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday during business hours, including some holidays, as our properties operate Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. You should be comfortable working alone or in small teams. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular walking around the property.
