Minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems analysis in an Oracle Fusion environment. As a Business Analyst or Tester in a large-scale HR technology implementation. Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, preferably including the Oracle Recruiting Module. Demonstrated experience/knowledge in system configuration, testing, and requirements gathering within an enterprise environment. Familiarity with tool such as JIRA. Ability to use Power BI, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, and data sorting for validation purposes.
