By joining our Madisonville Section as an Administrative Specialist in Muhlenberg County, you'll have theopportunity to provide professional support to section engineers and maintenance supervisors within the section. Summary of Responsibilities: Greet visitors and answer inquiries to the district office in a professional, timely, and friendly manner. Process utility documents for payment through the eMars system and verify appropriate funding informationon documents for payments Distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Monitor copier for necessary supplies. Assist with preparing documents for filing, data entry, storage, etc. Ideal candidate will have experience in: Office experience and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-task.
