This role is execution-heavy and time-compressed. The ideal candidate is a senior UKG technical resource who can hit the ground running, build integrations quickly, support data migration, and operate with minimal direction under clearly defined configuration standards. This role does not own system design or configuration decisions; it executes against designs set by the UKG Pro Configuration Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS UKG Technical Development & Integration Build and support UKG Pro integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data platforms, reporting)Develop and maintain:API-based integrationsFile-based integrations (SFTP, scheduled jobs)Middleware or connector-based workflows (as applicable) Ensure secure, reliable, and well-documented data exchange Data Migration Execution Execute data migration activities from UKG Ready to UKG ProSupport data extraction, transformation, loading, and validationTroubleshoot migration issues quickly and independentlyPartner with the Configuration Manager on migration logic and sequencing Testing & Stabilization Support system testing, UAT, and cutover activitiesDiagnose and resolve integration or data-related issuesAssist with postgo-live stabilization and performance tuning Operational Discipline Follow established configuration, security, and integration standardsDocument integration logic, data flows, and technical dependenciesWork within defined project timelines and delivery milestones MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on UKG development experience, including UKG ProProven experience building UKG integrations in production environmentsStrong experience with:UKG APIsFile-based integrations and data feedsSecure data transfer mechanisms Experience supporting UKG data migrationsAbility to work independently with minimal oversightStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working alongside UKG Pro Configuration Managers or HRIS leads Experience integrating UKG with ERP systems and enterprise data platforms Familiarity with HR data privacy and security requirements Experience working in time-compressed or high-pressure delivery environments Strong documentation and handoff discipline What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) UKG integrations are stable, secure, and production-readyData migration tasks are executed accurately and on scheduleMinimal rework due to technical errors or missed dependenciesClear technical documentation exists for all UKG integrationsThe Configuration Manager is able to move quickly without technical bottlenecks SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY Performs duties independently and in collaboration with direct reports and the department director.
