The team member will be PUNCTUAL, professional, capable, willing, personable and friendly. No smoking or pets in the home.Family is very hands-on and provides all meals. You will feed/assist the client with feeding as needed, provide companionship and personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.) and clean up after your client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.) Any assistance requested by the client is permitted - laundry, cleaning, etc., and you will be ready to assist. You are responsible for documenting and reporting on the condition and shift. This includes in the home as well as for the agency.
