Accounting Clerk Location: Onsite - Delaware, OH Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a key role in supporting general accounting and bookkeeping functions. Responsibilities: Prepare and submit customer invoices Receive, code, and post payments Perform account, bank, and other reconciliations Monitor customer accounts for non-payment or delays Verify and process vendor invoices Sort, code, and enter AP data Analyze discrepancies and resolve unpaid invoices Maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and financial records Assist with employee expense reports Skills & Qualifications: Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities EB-4373791368
