Job Description Your Responsibilities In this role, you will supervise all warehouse functions in the Gutter area, including receiving, distribution and personnel supervision. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, safe and in optimal working order at all times. Experience working with delivery trucks and ability to load and unload trucks as needed. Training, scheduling and assigning employees to complete safe warehouse operational requirements and follow-up on work results. Maintain warehouse staff scheduling and assigning duties. Daily cycle counts of inventory Inspect materials for quality and report defects & discrepancies Work with production teams and installers to ensure timely material availability. Work with management and team to ensure stock levels are kept at a reasonable level. Oversee the rolling, cutting, measuring, weighing and scrapping of material, ensuring a high degree of accuracy to maintain inventory control and reduce waste. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required. 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse. Experience working with metal coil and rain gutters preferred. Forklift Certification is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, leadership and communication skills needed Ability to perform basic math calculations - must be able to consistently measure, weigh and count material correctly. Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with an RF inventory system is preferred Knowledge THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION Travel Requirements Type of Travel Required: Local Amount of Travel Required: Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties. All heavy items require the assistance of a crane, dolly, boom, pallet jack and/or forklift.
