Job Description As a Principal Strategic Advisor for Enterprise Transformation, you will be at the forefront of shaping strategic initiatives that steer the organization toward becoming a leading health solutions provider. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required). 8+ years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree. Exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence. Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities. Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and market dynamics. High proficiency in data visualization, analytics, and strategic modeling tools. Experience with a top-tier consulting firm or a clinical background (MD, DO, RN, PA, PharmD). A proven track record in developing large-scale transformation initiatives. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we value a fair and competitive compensation package reflective of market trends, with starting salaries typically positioned near the midpoint of the listed range.
