Position Overview As a Beverage Service Expert, you will be crucial in providing top-notch beverage service while ensuring a clean and inviting bar area. Your outstanding service will be essential to exceeding our members' expectations and enhancing their overall experience. Daily Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service based on our F&B training program. Serve food and beverages to members and guests at the bar. Build rapport with members by remembering their names and preferences. Efficiently process orders and respond to guest requests. Handle and resolve any complaints from members and guests with professionalism and poise. Prepare the bar area, ensuring all bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice are ready for service. Maintain a clean and organized bar environment through regular sanitization. Complete daily tasks and side work as per club standards. Stay informed about the a la carte menu and daily specials. Manage liquor inventory responsibly while ensuring accurate pour sizes. Possess extensive knowledge of the liquors, beers, and wines available at the club. Support your team and promote a collaborative work atmosphere. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management. Additional Requirements Assist fellow team members when needed. Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures. Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Follow safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety. Engage in continuous personal and professional development to keep necessary certifications up to date. Participate in daily staff briefings to stay informed about team objectives. Wear a clean and neat uniform in accordance with club standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness. Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred. Strong communication skills and commitment to high ethical standards. Knowledge of bar practices, including cocktails and wine varietals. Physical Demands Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Capable of working in various environmental conditions. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally. Clear communication skills and good visual acuity. Tools and Equipment Trays, POS System, Bottle Openers, Wine Tools, Blenders, Bar Dishwashers.
