You Are: A seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem. You will spearhead contact center modernization, leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that enhance customer experience through scalable, secure, and intelligent cloud contact centers. You are prepared to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Work: Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team in the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based contact center transformation initiatives. Business Development: Manage proposal responses to client RFPs and RFIs while fostering a continuous pipeline of strategic opportunities. Market Engagement: Partner with leaders to identify emerging client demands, define talent needs, and align skill development with business goals. Talent & Practice Growth: Actively participate in talent acquisition, mentor team members, and promote ongoing professional development. Project Delivery Excellence: Guide complex contact center transformation projects by engaging with clients for requirement analysis and solution design. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0-100% based on client needs. Here’s what you need: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and a deep understanding of its features, along with AWS services like Lex, Pinpoint, Transcribe, and Comprehend. Minimum 7 years experience in complex contact center architectures, including integrations with CRM and back-office applications. At least 7 years of experience with the AWS Cloud platform and services, along with solution architect capabilities. Familiarity with contact center KPIs, call flows, IVRs, agent routing, queue logic, callback handling, and escalation processes. Experience leading and managing teams for at least 7 years. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Professional & Technical Skills Requirement: Highly experienced in large-scale business or operational transformation projects with a solid understanding of the contact center technology landscape. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Amazon Contact Lens, Amazon Bedrock, Kendra, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices. 10+ years of experience with contact center technologies like Avaya or Genesys. Compensation: Accenture provides a competitive salary and benefits package, which may vary based on factors such as office location and level of experience. For this position, typical salary ranges are: California $132,500 to $302,400; Cleveland $122,700 to $241,900; Colorado $132,500 to $261,300; and others as per the specific state.
