Sea Colony Racquet Sports is excited to announce the exceptional opportunity of a racquet sports professional. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Key responsibilities:Provide exceptional member service Ensure the courts sports facilities look immaculate at all times Teach tennis and pickleball lessons/clinics Help organize and run events, camps, league matchesHelp with court maintenance of the 6 tennis, 4 pickleball and 4 bocce courtsHelp the pro shop staff with member questions related to sports courtsHelp grow the number of tennis players in the community Qualifications: ● Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups of all ages and ability levels● Prior coaching experience● Knowledge of current teaching techniques and strategies● Energy and enthusiasm● Accomplished tennis player● College playing experience or USPTA/PTR certified is preferred● Self-motivated, creative, and well-organizedAdditional teaching commission per hour.
