We are currently seeking a Director of Growth and Partnerships. The Director will lead the refinement of our growth and business development strategy and manage initiatives to execute the strategy for sustainable growth. Our current portfolio of projects is focused on civilian sector technology research and development (R&D), program management, program evaluation, data analytics, strategic communications, and grants management. We are looking to add an experienced leader with more than 15 years of relevant experience to join our Washington, DC based team, add to our culture, and fully embrace our commitments to deliver, grow and thrive.u00a0u00a0 About the Role:u00a0 You will leverage your experience to help the company grow, design and implement the growth strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, and lead the execution of growth initiatives to support the strategy. You will also lead, manage, and hold your high performing team accountable. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:u00a0 Growth Strategy and Implementationu00a0 + Lead and manage the data-driven growth strategy and strategic planning efforts with the leadership team and growth teamu00a0 + Identify and pursue actionable and relevant growth opportunities, areas/domains/services based on the current state, research, and trendsu00a0 + Collaborate with leadership to integrate new growth strategy elements into existing delivery and ongoing growth initiativesu00a0 + Lead unified messaging updates for all marketing materials, conference approach, and communicationsu00a0 + Develop and report on key performance indicators to determine return on investment (ROI) of growth initiative investmentsu00a0 + Support development of Division Account Plans that support the developed growth strategyu00a0 + Support digital transformation initiatives related to growth strategy and business developmentu00a0 Partnership and Relationship Buildingu00a0u00a0 + Develop strategic partnership strategy aligned to capture and contracting planningu00a0u00a0 + Connect and build relationships with relevant government leaders and contracting officials in priority Federal agencies and officesu00a0u00a0 + Initiate and connect with key partners across industry in priority domains, services, and agencies to maximize growthu00a0 Capture Managementu00a0 + Lead and manage capture strategy, process and team to include tracking of progress and success of capture initiativesu00a0 + Lead and manage the Capture Team and coordinate with account leads to drive progress and increase P-WIN throughout the capture process for all corporate opportunities across Divisionsu00a0 + Advise and manage the pipeline in collaboration with Capture Team and opportunity ownersu00a0 + Lead and manage the Capture Team related to effective and strategic win theme/strategy sessions to strengthen capture and proposal efforts and increase win rates.u00a0 Strategic Contract Vehicle Managementu00a0 + Identify and shepherd strategic contract vehicle opportunities,u00a0 Joint Venture development, and Mentor-Protege relationships through the full life-cycleu00a0 + Oversee and lead the development of proposal packages for strategic contract vehicles that support strategic direction and growth opportunitiesu00a0 + Develop metrics to track ROI of strategic contract vehicle performanceu00a0 + Coordinate with the finance department to monitor return on strategy investmentsu00a0 Proposal Managementu00a0 + Lead and manage proposal development process and teamu00a0 + Coordinate with the Proposal Team and Consulting Division to proactively develop strategic positioning to inform highly rated and compliant submissions.u00a0 + Advise, support, and participate in all elements of proposal development (i.e. solution development, technical writing, color team reviews)u00a0 to ensure submission of compelling and compliant proposals with an optimal win probability and high score valueu00a0 Required Experience/Skills:u00a0u00a0 + Education: Bacheloru2019s Degree and at least 15 years of related experience in Federal Contractingu00a0 + Experience growing a civilian sector Federal contracting business or practiceu00a0 + Proven business development strategy, capture, teaming, and proposal management experienceu00a0 + Possess a deep understanding of the Federal Business Development Lifecycle.u00a0 + Experience growing a new IT Professional Services contracting area within an established GovCon businessu00a0 + Work in a highly collaborative/team environmentu00a0 + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Acrobat Prou00a0 + Familiarity with GovWinu00a0 + Excellent verbal and written
