Requisition ID: 2025-398400 Employment Type: Part Time Department: Hospice Aides Homemakers Hours/Pay Period: 40 Shift: Day Weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday/8am-5pm Remote: No Category: Nurse Assistant Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Nursing Assistant under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse aids in caring for the acutely ill or convalescing patient provides basic nursing care and assists in tasks requiring less technical skills. Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements. Qualifications REQUIRED: + Previous clinical experience as a Nursing Assistant/Home Health or Hospice Aide + Sufficient to maintain certification + Completion of orientation program by hospital Nursing Department + Home Health Aide certification + Current BLS through the American Heart Association + CA Driver's License + CA Auto Insurance Overview Mercy Medical Center Mt.
