Job Description

Event Planning: Actively support Career Services events and aid the Assistant Director in developing programming tailored for liberal arts students by taking ownership of administrative duties. These duties include but are not limited to creating event pages/collateral, venue booking and walkthroughs, vendor coordinating, fielding some employer communication and payments/filing management and coordinating event materials.Employer Relations: Support ER leadership with smooth transitions from initial outreach to on-campus engagement by maintaining ongoing employer communication, being present day-of for engagements, can speak on the unique skills liberal arts students have to offer during employer interaction and working with data analyst to ensure clean ER data is entered in CRM system.Team Support: Collaborate with the Career Services team to support student career readiness by integrating relevant employer and alumni feedback. Assist datameet university outcome goals. Share insights from events, and work across campus to align programming with labor market trends and team priorities. Attend weekly staff and professional development meetings, and perform other related duties as assigned on a unique team within a larger team.Other related functions as assigned
