This is a brownfield implementation, requiring deep expertise in integrating advanced technology into an existing, operational transit system.What Youu2019ll DoAs Program Manager, youu2019ll oversee the full lifecycle of the CBTC program from strategy and specification development through contractor selection, design, testing, commissioning, and revenue service cutover. Youu2019ll be the central point of contact for the client, building strong relationships across operations, maintenance, engineering, and executive leadership.Key responsibilities include:u2022Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technical specialists, schedulers, and support staffu2022Developing and maintaining a comprehensive program management plan (scope, schedule, budget, risk, communications, and quality)u2022Overseeing technical documentation, including specifications, design reviews, test procedures, and commissioning plansu2022Managing multiple contractors and vendors to ensure alignment with program goals and quality standardsu2022Identifying and mitigating risks, implementing contingency plans, and managing change controlu2022Monitoring progress against baseline schedule and budget, and preparing regular status reportsu2022Facilitating communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teamsu2022Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycleu2022Leading testing and commissioning to ensure system performance and safety standards are metu2022Supporting operational readiness, training, and post-cutover activitiesu2022Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration across all phases of the programReady to lead one of the most transformative transit programs in the industry?
