As a member of our fast-paced, small team, you will build amazing relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.Key Responsibilities:Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.Required Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart AssociationUpon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU Nursing experience.Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience involving neonatal and/or pediatric populations.Leadership, flexibility, independence, initiative, intelligence, inquisitiveness, problem-solving, and clinical judgment are essential attributes for team members.Why Join Providence?Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
