SDI Lafarga CopperworksResponsible for scheduling and tracking inbound truck deliveries.Daily point of contact for sales and carriersSchedule all incoming deliveriesAnticipate potential problems, analyze data and trends, resolve problems, and recommend solutions.Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other systems.Maintain accuracy of all paperwork and report with confidentiality of sensitive information.Create and maintain relevant information in ERP and transportation system.Functional backup in logisticsOther duties as assignedMinimum Experience:3-5 years of office environment work experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to make quick decisions in fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources.Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.Must have excellent communication and math skills.Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and ExcelPreferred Experience:Previous dispatching experienceExperience in using D365 and TMXSteel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
