As part of our world-class, performance-focused team you’ll…Repair and maintain all automation and robotic system. Perform routine maintenance on automated and robot systems including PMs. Troubleshoot, isolate, and perform repairs using necessary components. Responsible for contacting and communicating all changes and all crucial information to the Manager or Lead as issues arise from production.Essential duties and responsibilities:Perform PMs on regular intervals.Troubleshoot PLCs and Drives.Respond to reported automation, vision and robot issuesTroubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical and electrical problemsReplace necessary components, such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/vacuum lines and vales.Work with assembly line Operators as needed to troubleshoot problemsAssist with training on all automation, robot, and vision systems.Communicate all changes and all-important information to the Manager or SupervisorEnsure all system performances are optimized and running safely.Record accurate production data that includes all necessary information needed for tracking purposesPerform housekeeping responsibilities as necessary on a daily, weekly, monthly maintenance scheduleSupport and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.Report unsafe conditions and behaviors. Relieve assembly line Operators as needed to meet production requirements.Solvay, NY Plant PERKS:Starting Pay $24.50/hour!
