As a MechanicalEngineer I in our Madison office for Summer 2026, you will help usempower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, saveglobal environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Why weneed you: Within our team framework, you will initially work with and bementored by experienced engineers and will yourself help to mentordesigners. Your initial assignments will include performing loadcalculations, determining system sizing and layouts, calculatingequipment sizes, selecting equipment, completing field surveys, andreviewing equipment shop drawings. As you gain project experience, youwill take on a greater role in leading mechanical project teams, writingspecifications, participating in project meetings with clients and otherconsultants, and supporting construction-phase work. Expertise of ourmost successful Mechanical Engineer I: BSME/BSAE from ABET accreditedschool. Minimum GPA of 2.5. Non-academic internship. Leadershipinvolvement in extracurricular activities/student organizationspreferred. EIT certification (Passed the FE exam) a plus. Internshipexperience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred. Effectiveskills to help you flourish: Strong spoken and written communicationsskills.
